Home value report SMS terms

These terms apply to the CPF Mortgage Home Value Reports text program operated by Christopher Paul Financial, LLC dba CPF Mortgage. They supplement our website terms.

Requesting a report

Text a US property address to (727) 777-6466. By sending your request, you consent to automated texts about that request: address checks, confirmation prompts, processing updates, report links and responses to your commands. Review the matched address and reply YES before we generate your report. This is an informational service only. No marketing texts, promotions, loan offers or sales follow-ups are sent through this program. Report consent is not combined with consent for marketing, calls, emails or another program.

Message frequency and cost

Frequency varies with your requests. A typical successful request receives 4 messages; address corrections, additional requests, status checks and help commands may result in additional messages. CPF does not charge for the report. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Consent is not a condition of buying any property, goods or services, or obtaining a loan.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply START or UNSTOP to re-enable texts, then send a new report request. Reply HELP for instructions, call (727) 226-1040, or visit cpfloans.com. STATUS checks your request and NEW starts over.

Availability and report limits

SMS delivery and report coverage are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Use a mobile number you control and a supported US property address. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information or loan documents through this program.

Reports contain automated estimates for information only. They are not appraisals, loan approvals or offers of credit. A report does not establish property ownership, title, available equity or financing eligibility. Any mortgage transaction requires a separate application and review. Download links expire after 7 days.
