Home value report SMS privacy

This notice describes the CPF Mortgage Home Value Reports text program operated by Christopher Paul Financial, LLC dba CPF Mortgage. It supplements our website privacy policy. For information specific to this text program, this notice controls.

Information used for your request

We process your mobile number, the messages you send, property addresses, matched property and valuation information, report files, delivery status, and records of opt-in and opt-out activity. We use this information to fulfill your request, confirm the correct property, send your PDF link, respond to commands, prevent misuse and honor your messaging preferences.

Mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. CPF uses your number and SMS consent only for your requested reports, service replies and opt-out handling. This program does not send marketing texts, promotional calls or emails, and does not collect marketing consent.

Service providers that help operate the program may process information only as needed to provide the service, including messaging providers and mobile carriers, report hosting, and property-data or address-lookup providers. Property-data and address-lookup providers receive the property information needed for the lookup. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from fraud or abuse. These operational disclosures do not permit third-party marketing.

Report access and retention

Your report is available through a unique download link. Anyone you share that link with may access the report until it expires, so share it carefully. Download links expire after 7 days. We retain request, consent, opt-out and operational records as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, honor your choices and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop program texts. Reply HELP for assistance. To ask about your information or request deletion, contact CPF Mortgage at (727) 226-1040 or through cpfloans.com. We may retain limited information needed to honor an opt-out or meet applicable obligations.

Please do not text Social Security numbers, account details or loan documents. This program is for property-address requests and related report messages.
