I want to thank Derek for his prompt attention and effectiveness. He has been awesome throughout the whole process. I found myself trapped, wanting to buy my own house while also helping my mom with her own mortgage. As of today, I can happily say that Derek not only helped me with my mom's house refinancing with cash out to pay off multiple debts incurred while completing some improvements in the house, but I can also say that he also got me pre-approved to buy my own house and hopefully, even with today's market prices, I will be able to have my own home soon.
